Currently, residential supply for sale has risen up to high amounts. Oftently in low prices. Though, take a moment and think: How many out of them would  you consider as interesting? Further more, how many would you actually purchase?

The answer may surprize you: None up to maximum 3!

Real Estate Market was always like that. Interesting properties come only at a handful at a time, they are almost always widely sought after, and usually come with a higher price tag, than the rest of the Market. Some others have a relatively low price tag, but they do have to offer, important things to it's owners.
